For regular use in Metro Manila, we recommend basic cleaning every 3 months and a deep chemical cleaning at least once a year. Heavily used units may need more frequent servicing.

Basic cleaning covers filters, vents, and visible coils — ideal for regular upkeep. Chemical cleaning is a full teardown where internal components are treated with solution and pressure-washed. Recommended for units not serviced in over a year or showing problems like weak cooling or bad odors.

A musty smell usually means mold and bacteria have built up inside the unit. A deep chemical cleaning will fix this.

Usually caused by a clogged drain line — resolved with a cleaning service. If it persists, it may indicate a refrigerant issue, which our technician can assess on-site.

Yes — but the check-up fee is deducted from your final repair bill. You only pay the difference.

Our technician will assess the unit on-site and give you an honest recommendation. Generally, if the repair cost exceeds 50–60% of the price of a new unit, replacement is the smarter choice.

Minor repairs are often completed on the same visit. Major repairs requiring parts may take 1–3 days depending on parts availability.

Yes. We provide a 3-month warranty on labor and replaced parts for all repair jobs.

Standard installation includes 10 ft. of copper pipe with insulation, communication wire, drain line, one circuit breaker, and a standard outdoor bracket. Additional piping, electrical works, or masonry are quoted separately.

A standard split type installation typically takes 3–5 hours. Complex setups involving high floors or concealed piping may take longer.

No. Standard materials for up to 10 ft. pipe run are included in our installation fee. If your setup requires more, we'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.
