1. About Us

ArcticAir Manila (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local aircon service business based at 14 Banlat Road, Tandang Sora, Quezon City 1116. We provide aircon cleaning, repair, installation, and freon refill services across Metro Manila.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial aircon services including, but not limited to, cleaning, general repair, window-type and split-type installation, and freon refill. The specific scope of any service will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or on-site assessment.

Some issues may only become apparent once a technician inspects the unit. Where additional work or parts are required beyond the original booking, we will inform you and seek your approval before proceeding.

3. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings may be made through our website contact form, phone, or Viber at 0956 920 1030.
• A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it by call, SMS, or Viber.
• Please provide accurate details about your unit, location, and the service required so we can prepare correctly and quote fairly.
• Kindly ensure someone aged 18 or older is present at the service address during the appointment.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Prices shown on our website (including the Pricing page) are indicative starting rates and may vary depending on the unit type, horsepower, condition, location, and the actual scope of work. A final price will be confirmed before work begins. We do not charge for a quotation.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. We do not store payment card information.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us as early as possible. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can adjust our technicians’ schedule. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.

7. Workmanship and Warranty

We take pride in our work. Any warranty on labor or installed parts, and its coverage period, will be stated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, tampering, electrical surges, pre-existing faults, or servicing by a third party after our work.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the aircon unit and a working power supply.
• Inform us in advance of any known hazards, fragile fixtures, or access restrictions at the property.
• Secure valuables and fragile items near the work area before the technician arrives.

9. Limitation of Liability

We carry out our work with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, ArcticAir Manila is not liable for pre-existing defects, the natural end-of-life failure of an aging unit, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and images — is the property of ArcticAir Manila and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
